If I did pay the upfront return shipping costs they wouldn’t have refunded me the shipping charge. IT was all them and they didn’t want to put anything out to make a customer feel better. Having to fight for a return label makes me think that they are a very tight fisted company that won’t do the right thing for a customer. AS fair as the product goes, it was great except that I did get a dud.
